This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled for Advisomy’s engineering advisory and consulting services.

1. General Policy

Advisory services are delivered by qualified engineering professionals. Because these services involve time‑based expertise, preparation, and allocation of resources, refunds are limited.

2. Cancellations by Clients

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non‑refundable.
  • Project‑based engagements may incur cancellation fees based on work completed to date.

3. Cancellations by Advisomy

If Advisomy or an assigned expert must cancel a session or engagement:

  • You will be offered a rescheduled time, or
  • A full refund for the affected session.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted when:

  • A service was not delivered
  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • A technical issue prevented service delivery

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction based on outcomes outside our control
  • Work already completed or delivered

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Project or session details
  • Reason for the request

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
